Bringing Back the Sunday Drive
Remember grabbing a shake and going for a drive with your parents when you were a kid? This summer the Morthland Foundation is bringing back the Sunday Drive with three guided Sunday Drives, each featuring a different theme from our local history.We’ll be meeting at Green Leaf Cafe at 202 East Oak Street for root beet floats to-go, made with root beer from Mike’s Drive In and homemade ice cream. So join us at 3:00 pm on June 18, July 16, and August 13. Mark your calendars and grab a ticket for just one drive or all three. They’re all free; but please sign up in advance by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can always tip your guide if you had a good time. All ages are welcome.

Morthland College Conservatory is offering a ballroom dancing course! Classes are held at Whitfield Hall on Saturdays at 4:00-5:00 p.m. Tuition is $25 per student.
